I'm Stephen T. Miller, a U.S. Army veteran, author, and leadership practitioner with more than 20 years of experience leading people and teams.

For years, I knew how to show up, lead, and achieve. But somewhere along the way, I had to confront a question that accomplishments couldn't answer: Who am I without the titles?

That question became part of the foundation for SEEN.

I created SEEN because I believe people deserve the opportunity to understand who they are before allowing their performance to define their worth.
