What is SEEN by W23?
SEEN by W23 is an identity-centered brand and movement built around a simple truth: You are more than what you do.
Through apparel, books, conversations, experiences, faith-centered resources, and organizational work, SEEN helps people look beyond performance, titles, expectations, and approval to better understand identity, purpose, and belonging.

How long does apparel shipping take?
Most SEEN by W23 apparel is made to order. Your item begins production after your order is placed rather than being pulled from warehouse inventory.
Typical production time: approximately 7–10 business days.
Shipping time: varies by shipping method, destination, and fulfillment provider. Production and shipping times are separate.

Why is the apparel made to order?
Made-to-order production lets us create intentionally without carrying large amounts of unused inventory. It also allows more designs, garment styles, and collections while reducing unnecessary waste.
Because each item is produced after ordering, review the product description, color selection, and individual size guide carefully before purchasing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because our apparel is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, or buyer preference.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery at stephen@iam-seen.com. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos when possible.
After verification, we’ll provide an appropriate replacement or refund. You generally won’t need to return the item. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by product, garment manufacturer, style, and color. Many products range from S through 3XL, with some offering additional sizes.
We do not use one universal SEEN size chart because garments fit differently. Use the specific size guide on each product page.
For a fitted look, consider your normal size or sizing down depending on the garment. For a relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up. For help, email stephen@iam-seen.com.
How should I care for my SEEN apparel?
- Machine wash cold and inside out
- Use mild detergent and wash with similar colors
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over printed artwork
Always follow any garment-specific care instructions included with your item.
Do you offer free shipping?
SEEN by W23 currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more, unless otherwise stated during a promotion. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the product, fulfillment provider, and destination. Available destinations and rates appear at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. Delivery times vary by destination.
Can I preorder the SEEN book?
Yes. SEEN by Stephen Miller is available for preorder as a signed author copy.
Preorder copies will ship after the book is released and signed author copies become available. Customers will receive release and fulfillment updates.
Do you offer other books and devotionals?
Yes. SEEN by W23 offers books and devotionals focused on identity, faith, purpose, leadership, resilience, and personal growth.
Do you offer custom or bulk apparel orders?
Yes. Custom and bulk orders may be available for organizations, businesses, teams, churches, events, and other groups.
