Return and Refund Policy

At SEEN by W23, we offer apparel, merchandise, books, and publications. Our return policy reflects how these products are produced and fulfilled.

APPAREL AND MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE

Our apparel and select merchandise are produced through a print-on-demand process. Because these items are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

BOOKS AND PUBLICATIONS

Books and publications purchased directly through SEEN by W23 are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Books purchased directly through Amazon, Lulu, or another third-party retailer are subject to the applicable retailer's return and refund policies.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item purchased directly from SEEN by W23 arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing and verifying the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Customers are not required to return damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

Email stephen@iam-seen.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue, when possible

Once we review your request, we will contact you with the next steps.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
